Is travel insurance included in my booking?

Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages. However, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We can assist you in finding suitable insurance options if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund minus any applicable service fees. Cancellations between 15-30 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 15 days of departure.
In the case specific bookings don't allow us to cancel we will communicate this clearly with you.

How do I make payments for my holiday?

After you approve the proposed holiday package, we'll provide you with a secure payment link or bank transfer details. The full price will need to be paid. Following this you will receive all the required booking information.
